Jacy Thayer was born and raised in Vancouver, WA.  She graduated from Fort Vancouver High School in 1999, received a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in English, History and Fine Arts from the University of Portland in 2003, and a Juris Doctorate from University of West Los Angeles School of Law in 2008.  After passing the California Bar Exam in 2008, Jacy returned to Clark County, Washington to work with her father, Steven W. Thayer.

Jacy is licensed to practice law in both California and Washington.  As an associate of Steven W. Thayer, P.S., she focuses exclusively on criminal defense, including all felony and misdemeanor cases.
